On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Contract Authoring

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The customer is not able to edit a nonstandard clause which was created in Word after download/upload contract.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-------------------

To be able to edit the clause inside the contract


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Scenario:
Create a contract and use a terms template.
Download the contract and add a nonstandard clause.
Upload the contract back. Accept all changes.
Try to edit the nonstandard clause in the UI. You will not be able to do that. You can only edit it by export /import or if you download/upload the contract again.
If you create the nonstandard clause in the UI, you can edit it in the UI.
