Goal
On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Setup Module
Customer is unable to create a sales order without hold error message going over customer credit limit
They have defined Lookup type and Lookup code and updated exchange rate type at customer account profile level.
even updated all these, Still they are able to create a sales order without any hold error message.
