ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

wrong balance (-73,606 remaining)?

You purchased 600K new D&B records in November, The balance is -73,606 now and all imports which has DaaS cleansing are failing

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Balance should reflect the correct usage and import should work

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to DaaS
2. Navigate to home page
3. Balance shows negative value however customer just bought 600k records in November
4. Run imports with DaaS -> Failing

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
This is affecting data imports in production. The numbers doesnt match with what the customer bought which is confusing. Also imports started not to work and affecting production hence impact is critical
