Inventory History File Is Processed But Not Getting Generated With Log Error "[Errno 28] No space left on device" (Doc ID 2494666.1)

Symptoms

In 18C Test instance, after upgrade from 9b to 18c WMS Cloud, the Inventory history file is not getting generated.

We have checked all the setting are correct.
1. Scheduled jobs configuration.
2. Outbound interface configuration.
3. Inventory history records is getting status processed but no output file, due to which interfaces is not working with Fusion SCM.
