Request Info Value/action Is Missing On BPM WF (Doc ID 2494739.1)

During the execution of a workflow with a BPM approval flow, if the approver selects a “request information” at the action’s menu on Task, that does not have a value for that at “ZCX_HOLD_STATUS” neither the action of requesting information will produce any change.

When an approver asks for more information ('request for information' action), currently the status field is saying 'Approval Pending' which denotes the approver is acting upon it, but actually its awaiting the user to give more information (its deceiving).
