Goal

When creating a new Service Request and edit right after creation, a pop-up window will throw an error(Your changes were not saved to the service request because another user has edited it. Save the service request again to keep your changes. (SVC-5295325)) but data is still getting saved. However, only data entered before clicking the save and continue button. All data entered after the first save will not be stored.

Is this behavior going to be improved?
