Getting A 404 Error When Trying To Drill Down In Rest Resource For Custom Object (Doc ID 2494792.1)

Symptoms

We are facing the issue of 404 error when we navigate to : Application Composer and click on Custom Objects.
On the Right side there is a list of Custom Objects. Scroll to the right and look for REST Resource.
When clicking on it getting 404 error
