Symptoms
A Candidate import intended to add additional Education or Experience values fails with error like "The value in the field Start Date cannot be after the value in the field End Date".
Changes
A Candidate exists and already has one or more Education or Experience values. A subsequent import is run intended to add additional Education or Experience values for the Candidate.
