When attempting to generate a PDF in a Business Process (BP) record, the following error occurs when opening the PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader
Failed to load PDF.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open any BP record that has the character < in a text box DE
2. Go to File > Print > PDF
3. Attempt to open pdf in Adobe
