SOA Composer Deployment Fails With Error "java.io.FileNotFoundException: /u01/data/domains/...../soaComposer.war" And Servers Are Going To Admin Mode (Doc ID 2494879.1)

Symptoms

On : NA version, Core SOA Product Issues

ISSUE
-------
While starting SOA Managed servers, servers are going to admin mode and B2B / SOA Composer is not accessible.  Logs shows the below exception
