Last updated on OCTOBER 17, 2019

Applies to:

Primavera Unifier Cloud Service - Version N/A and later
Primavera Unifier - Version 9.7 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When viewing Dashboards in a Project/Shell home node, there are multiple tabs displayed with the same name, say "Tab 1" and multiple dashboard blocks of the same name in some of the Tabs.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expecting one tab and one block for each configured object.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier environment.
  2. Navigate to a Project/Shell where the issue can be replicated > User Mode. Note that there are two dashboard tabs called "Tab 1", two dashboard tabs called "Tab 2" and two dashboard tabs called "Tab 3", whereas there should only be one of each.
  3. When clicking on the first of the duplicate tabs, a blank window is displayed, there is no data.
  4. Clicking on the 2nd Tab of the duplicates results in actual data being displayed, but there are multiple duplicate blocks in each case as well and there should only be one.
