Symptoms

Transaction Manager Service creating blank locators while creating inventory transactions

Having an issue while creating inventory issue/receipt transactions in Oracle using processInventoryTransaction method of Transaction Manager Service V2. We pass the item, lot, quantity, transaction type, subinventory, locator and other relevant parameters in the payload to create the transaction in Oracle.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Subinventory with Locator Control set as 'Dynamic Entry' in which we are trying to increase the on hand. When we pass this sub inventory in the payload and DO NOT pass any locator information, the web service is creating a blank locator.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Webservice should show error without creating onhand quantity.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create the subinventory with locator control as dynamic entry
2. Submit the webservice without entering the locator details for that subinventory
