Request separate RTF Workflow Notifications for Resignation vs Termination
The employee initiated resignation as well as the manager initiated Termination process are separate BPM Workflows, but they both share the same RTF notification. We are requesting that they have separate RTF notifications so we can customize these differently. We are wanting to have different language, fields displayed, etc based on these two different types of transactions. Currently the only way to do it is add conditional logic, but that requires us to customize the Data Model, which Oracle has strongly advised us against.
