Question 1:
Line manager cannot see employee eligibility in OTBI Performance document eligibility subject area

trying to create a report for performance campaign follow up for the line managers but using the OTBI standard subject area Performance document eligibility real time, doing a simple analysis show no result when adding the eligibility information. This is the same behavior for all managers.

The same manager can retrieve results using this subject area as long as there is no eligibility information. What is causing this?
