GL INTERFACE HAS NO DATA BUT THE GL DASHBOARD SHOWS IMPORT ERRORS (Doc ID 2495445.1)

Goal

On : 11.13.18.10.0  version, Capture Transactions-Record and Edit Standard Journal Entries

 There is no data in the GL INTERFACE table, but incorrect Information Is Displayed On Dashboard For Import Errors

When attempting to correct Journal Import Errors, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
There are no applicable results for the selected search query, (GL_781419)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > General Accounting > Journals > Import Errors (tab)
2. Click on the process ID
3. The excel template is opened
4. User enters login and password
5. Excel template shows error :
The action shows Action Failed
The Status Viewer shows There are no applicable results for the selected search query, (GL_781419)

Due to this issue, users cannot correct journal import errors
