DIPC Remote Agent Download Completes Prematurely After Approximately 1GB (Doc ID 2495503.1)

Symptoms

When logging into Oracle-managed Data Integrator Platform Cloud (DIPC) Console Version 18.4.3 and downloading a remote agent with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) execution capability, the download completes successfully but the file is incomplete and cannot be used for installation. 

The download of remote agent appears to complete, but in fact it stops after approximately 1GB.  In addition, attempts to unzip the downloaded file will fail.

The same was attempted on different browsers (in and out of Oracle network) and from different countries.

Each file downloaded has a slightly different file size around 1GB.
