OMC:Cloud Agent Installation Is Failing With Timeout While Connecting (Doc ID 2495602.1)

Symptoms

Cloud Agent installation is failing with below error:
[OMCAGNT-3207]: Timeout while connecting to [https://<GATEWAY HOSTNAME>:4459/emd/main] url, check if it is accessible.

The infrastructure includes DB node in one subnet (Subnet A) and a Compute instance in a different subnet (Subnet B).
Cloud Agent installation is being tried on the DB node and are using the Compute instance as the Gateway Server.
Attempts to connect to the gateway server from the Cloud Agent server by the URL provided during installation are failing.

 

DB node is Linux system and Gateway node is Windows system.
Required ports have been allowed in security list.
