Symptoms

Mass Retirements In Spreadsheet ends with FA-645575 Error and user can not upload it.

ERROR

The required parameters are invalid or missing Enter valid parameter and submit (FA-645575)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Fixed Assets > Assets > Select Book > Retire Assets in Spreadsheet
2. Log into Fusion when Excel opens
3. Enter required fields and click Save and Post Transaction button. Spreadsheet prompts an error above and the records show Row status = Insert failed.
