No email trail included when forwarding or responding to Service Requests

In Engagement Cloud, is it possible to include email trail while responding or forwarding email from Service Requests?

Currently the customer care team are using the workaround of copy and pasting the whole trail but in some cases this can be quite time consuming and doesn't look very professional without the dividers between each email.
