Symptoms

Importing Incentive Compensation Transaction using File Based Import looks stuck.  The import activity shows Importing Data status for a long time.  It seems stuck.

STEPS
1. Create csv data file
2. Navigator > Credits and Earnings > Processes > Import Transactions Using File Based Data Import
3. Create Import Activity for Object = Incentive compensation transactions
4. Submit
