Cannot See Comments in Document Manager (Doc ID 2496044.1)

Symptoms

On :  Unifier 18.6.0.3

When attempting to view comments in document manager, the error below occurs.

ERROR

The system could not process your request.  Logging in again may help in some cases


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Unifier
2. Navigate to Shell >  Document Manager > Documents
3. Select a document that has comments, click on comments button
