Symptoms
Find a few RMA (Return Material Authorization) orders are stuck in 'Received' status after the 'Send Receipt Confirmation' process is run.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect order status to move to Awaiting Billing.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Create Order, Submit
- Go to Receiving
- Search with RMA and receipt RMA.
- Run 'Send Receipt Confirmation' process
- Check the RMA status.
