RMA Orders Are Stuck in 'Received' Status (Doc ID 2496273.1)

Symptoms

Find a few RMA (Return Material Authorization) orders are stuck in 'Received' status after the 'Send Receipt Confirmation' process is run.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect order status to move to Awaiting Billing.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Create Order, Submit
  2. Go to Receiving
  3. Search with RMA and receipt RMA.
  4. Run 'Send Receipt Confirmation' process
  5. Check the RMA status.
