Symptoms

On : NA version, Engage

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User is unable to receive Engage message export via email after request.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Export with messages from date range selected should be provided by email after request.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
SRM > select Engage > select column > Choose Export Messages from hamburger icon drop down > select Channels > date range: today > user doesn't receive the email from the system.
