Inventory Outside Of Expiration Date Range Being Allocated By Wave (Doc ID 2496512.1)

The system is allocating IBLPNs that have an expiry date out of the range of the wave template parameters.

The system should allocate IBLPNs which expiry dates are inside the range of the parameters set in the wave template.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In IBLPN screen, change the expiry date of IBLPN "TESTEXP1" to 12/31/2018
2. In Wave Template screen, select a template and click on "Expiry Date Range"
3. Select Rule "Non-Expired" and click on Edit
4. Add the following criteria:
  - Expiring before (in days): 365
  - Expiring after (in days): 1
5. Go Back to Wave Template screen and for the template set the "Expiry Date Range" to "Non-Expired"
6. In the same screen, select the wave template and click on "Run Wave Template"
7. With the given Run Nbr go to Wave Inquiry Screen and validate that 1 LPN was allocated
8. Go to IBLPN screen, search for IBLPN "TESTEXP1" and it will be in "allocated" status
