Resolution Requests Rejected

The merge request was rejected because it overlaps other merge requests: 999999999999999[ ...].
Party merge cannot continue because the associated Supplier is not merged. Submit the supplier merge process prior to initiating party merge.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to the application
2. Navigate to Manage Customers
3. Search for customer to merge
4. Select Actions > Merge Record
5. On the Search and Select screen, select the customer to merge
6. Run task Setup and Maintenance > Run Request Dispatch Job
7. The merge request is rejected

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot merge customers.
