ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Balances on Smart View/FRS/Inquiry on Detail balances UI, not matching with Trial Balance Report.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Balances on Smart View/FRS/Inquiry on Detail balances UI should match with Trial balance Report.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the Trial Balance job for the period. For Eg (Apr-18)
2. Create a smart view report, and run it for the same period.
3. Compare the balances of both the report.
