ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Civil service partnership pension employer contribution not calculated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Employer contribution should be calculated when running Quickpay.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Pension and benefits card attached to the employee.
2. Pension element in place.
3. Run the QP and see the results: employer contribution not calculated (the employee contribution is correct)
