TCC: Resume Import Error "More than one element has been found. Path: AttachmentType" (Doc ID 2496919.1)

A TCC Recruiting import to attach a candidate's Resume (e.g., operation "attachFiletoProfileByType", "attachFileToApplicationByType", etc...) fails with error:

Customer is able to execute the import if the value selected is default (Resume = No) but the error above was encountered when the value selected is RESUME.  

Based on the error message content an export was run to check in case there was already a Resume attached but there wasn't  (see:  Using the fields in  TCC: How To Export Candidate-Related Attachments (Doc ID 1047850.1)
