How to perform Pick Release (Create Pick Wave) by Customer PO (Purchase Order) number?

Business Use Case
Business receives Purchase Orders from various customers with large volume of lines. One single Customer PO(Purchase Order) can have thousands of lines and it is imported in Fusion Order Management as Sales Orders. Since Fusion Order Management doesn't support importing such large volume of lines under one Sales Order(Refer <>) so we are breaking large Customer Purchase Order into multiple Sales Orders while importing orders in Order Management however the Customer PO(Purchase Order) number remains same for all those Sales Orders.

Since all the lines belong to the same Customer PO(Purchase Order) so they have same ordered date and Requested Ship Date. That is why business plan to ship all of the same customer PO lines together. They need to pick release all the Sales Order lines
belonging to a customer together. Since the customer PO(Purchase Order) was broken into hundreds of Sales Orders, they would have to create pick wave for all the Sales Orders together in one go.
