When attempting to close a contract,
the following error occurs.

You cannot close this contract because the revenue amount does not equal the billed amount for all project lines on the contract (OKC-195355)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to close a contract that has the following issue:
Under the Billing tab on one or more lines, the Invoiced and Revenue Amounts are off, but under the Associated Project tab and
the Contract Summary tab, all the Invoiced Amount and Revenue Amounts match up.
