Symptoms

When attempting to add an item to a structure, the following issue.

-- Issue
When attempting to add a component item to structure, the select and add search functionality returns no results for the desired component item

-- Expected Behaviour
Customer expects to be able to successfully add the desired component item to the structure


 -- Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Product Information Management
2. Manage Items
3. Search for the Parent Item
4. Open the Structures Tab
5. Open the Structure
6. Actions -> Select and Add
7. Search for the desired Component Item
8. No results returned
