Symptoms

On Oracle Fusion, version 11.13.18.10.0, Taxes are not recalculating on AR Invoice when line amounts are modified or new lines are added.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expecting to be able to recalculate taxes after update amounts


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create AR Transaction
2. Complete AR Transaction. Taxes calculated
3. Close the form and re-query AR Transaction
4. Incomplete Invoice and modify line amount/add new line
5. Complete AR Transaction
6. Taxes are not recalculated for the modified amounts on Invoice
