Is it possible to configure BI Publisher in OTM/GTM Cloud to send custom report results to an external FTP/FTPS server as per the following documentation?

In a Environment hosted on the Oracle Cloud, after configuring BI Publisher to send Custom Report results to an external FTP server (as documented in the BI Publisher documentation under "Adding an FTP Server") and running a connection test, the following error occurs:
