Facebook Ad Account does not appear in the drop down when trying to add a new Media Account

Facebook Ad Account appears in drop down

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into SRM
2. Navigate to Workflow and Automation
3. Account
4. Media Accounts
4. Add Account
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add their Facebook Ad Account.
