Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

Users granted with the proper OBS access can not see the Projects in P6 Professional, however, they can view those Projects on P6 Web.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:

Users granted with the proper OBS access can see the Projects managed by the those related OBS in P6 Professional.

STEPS:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Assign the proper OBS to a P6 user.
2. Assign this OBS to some EPS nodes or Projects.
3. User logs on P6 Professional, but is not able to see the Projects which the user has access to. User often sees the empty EPS nodes only.

BUSINESS IMPACT:

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see Projects after being assigned with the proper OBS.
