Error '500 Internal Server Error' or 'The system could not process your request' When Selecting the Line Item Tab (Doc ID 2497768.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to click the Line Item tab for a BP when the Standard Data Element of Creator Company exists on the form, one of the following errors occurs.

In Classic View (old UI):

The system could not process your request - see detail.
Logging in again may help in some cases.
Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems.

In Standard View (new UI):

500 Internal Server Error



This issue can be reproduced at will using the following steps:

  1. Sign into Unifier.
  2. Navigate to the applicable workspace and open the BP record.
  3. Try to select the Line Item tab.
  4. Observe the reported error.
