Error '500 Internal Server Error' or 'The system could not process your request' When Selecting the Line Item Tab

When attempting to click the Line Item tab for a BP when the Standard Data Element of Creator Company exists on the form, one of the following errors occurs.
In Classic View (old UI):
The system could not process your request - see detail.
Logging in again may help in some cases.
Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems.
In Standard View (new UI):
500 Internal Server Error
This issue can be reproduced at will using the following steps:
- Sign into Unifier.
- Navigate to the applicable workspace and open the BP record.
- Try to select the Line Item tab.
- Observe the reported error.
