Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service Version 16.0.028.1,The Action Date/Time field on the Data Loading Review Status screen does not provide an accurate time component as to when the process was attempted.

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Download an entity from RMS whether it be an item, cost change, inventory adjustment, etc.
  2. Make a change to the data entity and upload it back into RMS.
  3. Note the date shows the correct date, but the time component shows 12:00 AM. For example 7/23/2018 12:00 AM.
