Goal

On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Opportunities

Layout difference when going to SR Details from Opportunity subtab

Customer has setup the Service Request subtab under Opportunity.
When they drill dwon on SR Reference Number, the Edit Service Request layout that comes up is significantly different from the layout when going through Service Request workspace.

Their major concern is that fields that they added on the SR Layout are not even shown when drill-down from Opportunity SR subtab.
