Unable to Connect to Samba Shares in Oracle Cloud (Doc ID 2498193.1)

Symptoms

After configuring a Samba Share in Oracle Cloud the Samba Clients cannot connect to the Samba Server.
This Issue could happen with either Cloud Offering : Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Classic
