Supplier Product Import Fails with Temporary Application Error (Doc ID 2498194.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to Import Items via Supplier Portal, the following error occurs.

An error occurred due to a temporary application resource issue. Try again.



The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Login as the Supplier User
2. Select Manage Products -> Product Uploads
3. Select Download templates
4. Fill in the template and generate the TXT file
5. Select Upload file
6. Provide the required information
7. Select upload
