ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When creating a new Comp plan, Under plan details there are NO values to select for Action field

In Oracle Workforce Compensation , when creating a new Comp plan, Under plan details there are NO values to select for Action field.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to create a new Comp Plan and select Action

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation --> Compensation --> Workforce Compensation --> Manage Plans
2. Click Create (+)
3. No LOV in the Action field.
