CASB|IDCS: How to Add an Account in CASB with IDCS as IDP (Doc ID 2498530.1)

 To Add a new user account in CASB with IDCS as IDP so the user can perform SSO thru IDCS to CASB.

Solution
 1. sign into IDCS and create the user in IDCS
 2. create an account in CASB. Be aware that the email address needs to match the one created in IDCS.
 3. For Universal Credit Model (UCM), CASB should be automatically integrated with IDCS as IDP so the step can be skipped. For legacy stand alone CASB, RTA needs to manually configure SSO. To configure CASB SSO, please refer to the document of SSO for CASB
 4. Assign the user to the app
 a>. For UCM customer, assign the user that you have created for CASB -IDCS SSO to the "Casb_Sso-xxxx" app in IDCS.
 b>. For stand alone CASB, be sure to assign the created user account to the application created in IDCS for CASB SSO.
 5. Test
 a>. For UCM, go to MyService portal, click on CASB service from the services manu
