glog.workflow.notify.advisor.name Not Sent In Email (Doc ID 2498576.1)

Symptoms



ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
1) Diagnostics and Tools -> Configuration -> App-Tier Properties. Filter on glog and find the following property settings.

.workflow.notify.advisor.email = OtmAdvisor@us.oracle.com
.workflow.notify.advisor.name = G-Log Advisor

2) Shipment Management > Shipment Management > Buy Shipments. Select an existing shipment.

3) Select a shipment > Actions > Shipment Management > Utilities > Compose and Send Message.

4) Review and Send > Submit. Note the email heading is missing the G-Log Advisor name.
