Activating Integration Fails With Error "definition cannot be resolved" (Doc ID 2498583.1)

Symptoms

On : NA version, Integration RT

While activating integration, it fails with error.
ERROR

Error while loading process.
The process domain is encountering the following errors while loading the process "<process_name>" (composite "<composite_name>/<process_name>!01.00.0000*b2c0a439-261a-44e1-a922-42ae94abb3e3"): Error while creating process.
error while attempting to instantiate the class for the process "<composite_name>/<process_name>!01.00.0000*b2c0a439-261a-44e1-a922-42ae94abb3e3" (revision "<process_name>"); the exception reported was: BPEL 1.1 compilation failed: <process_name>(line 0): XML parsing failed because "IllegalStateException: part "parameters" of variable "messagecontext_21" is defined as XML element "{urn:sap-com:document:sap:rfc:functions}YSD_PA_CAD_CLIE" whose definition cannot be resolved because "Global element declaration/definition of name '{urn:sap-com:document:sap:rfc:functions}YSD_PA_CAD_CLIE' are duplicated at the following locations:
