Unable to Export FA Create Accounting Output File After FA Conversion (Doc ID 2498611.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to open the Create Accounting Execution Report using Republish,
the following error occurs.

Error
The report cannot be rendered because of an error, please contact the administrator.

oracle.xdo.template.ProcessCancelledException. FOProcessor was cancelled after 550 seconds.


Steps to reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit Create Accounting after asset conversion and depreciation
2. In Scheduled Processes, click on Republish once the report completes
3. Select Export > report format
4. Get error after a while
