On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Service Request

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The 'Open Service Requests Assigned to My Subordinates' advanced Saved Search doesn't display any Service Requests for HR Help Desk Manager user even though the manager's subordinates have any Service Requests assigned to them.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The 'Open Service Requests Assigned to My Subordinates' Saved Search should display the SRs assigned to the manager's subordinates.


Replication steps:

1. Login as HR Help Desk Service Manager
2. Navigates to Home > Help Desk > HR Service Requests
3. Go to Advanced Search and select 'Open Service Requests Assigned to My Subordinates' Saved Search
