The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

For Native Integration there are two basic calls:

FindOriginalSystemReference - OSC
OrganizationUpdate – SVC

If the OSC call does not return any response, ICS goes and tries to create Organization in SVC, otherwise it tries to update the Organization in SVC.

nsmpr1:result/nsmpr4:OrigSystemReference != ''">
Currently for this Order , the account was already created earlier. So ICS is expecting response from OEC call which is not coming. Hence ICS is trying to create Organization in
SVC which already exists. As a result of this, the error is prompted
