Goal

On : 11.13.18.10.0 version,

Do AFDi and FBDI Journals support Attachment functionality ?

The requirement is to have attachment loaded to journal before submission for approval and posting. Does AFDi or FBDI existing functionality support this ?
This functionality is available only if journals created through the User Interface (UI).
