Business case:

A custom object called "Bookings" is created in OSC threw an integration between ICS and OSC

Records created in ICS are sent to OSC and data is getting populated in the custom object.

GOAL:

The goal of this document is to prevent duplicate bookings from getting created in OSC.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expected to see only one record in OSC for each record created in ICS.
