Cannot Upload Server Side Extensions (500 Error) (Doc ID 2498991.1)

Symptoms

After making changes to the Server Side Extensions and uploading them, every SSE endpoint stopped working and uploading SSEs now throws the following error.

When trying to get the logs or calling any other SSE endpoint the following is thrown:
